Ciaran Harper

Ciaran Harper started pupillage at Keating Chambers in September 2025. Prior to this, he spent nearly two years working for RAC in their Legal Services team. During this time, Ciaran supervised a team of legal advisors, as well as providing legal advice himself on a broad range of matters, including contract, property, and wills & probate law.

Ciaran studied Law at the University of Exeter, achieving a First Class and a Dean’s Commendation. Following this, he undertook a Master’s in International Law and International Relations at the University of Bristol, achieving a Distinction. Upon this, Ciaran completed the Bar Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol, receiving a Very Competent.
