11th International Conference on Construction Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution

Abdul Jinadu and Johan Beyers are speaking at the 11th International Conference on Construction Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Mauritius on 23-24 May 2018. The conference provides a comprehensive and wide ranging guide to construction contracts and engineering law and is targeted as engineers, architects, QSs, project managers, contractors and practising lawyers. Johan is speaking on "Termination of Contract - The FIDIC Red Book 1999" on Day One and on "Dispute Boards: Conflict Avoidance and Management Strategies" on Day Two. Abdul is speaking in the afternoon of Day Two on "FIDIC Red Book 1999: Understanding the role of the Engineer".  Other sessions during the two day conference include:
