During the session, Jennie Wild will moderate a panel discussion including Callum Monro Morrison, Harriet Di Francesco, Courtney Burrell-Eade and Connie Trendle, covering current trends and possible future developments in adjudication and adjudication enforcement.
The seminar will be followed by the return of ‘Adjudication with Hats’, presented by Alexander Nissen KC, Lucy Garrett KC, James Thompson and Ben Sareen.
The evening will conclude with networking and refreshments.
