On Tuesday 17 June Abdul Jinadu will be speaking at the Adjudication Society Committee roundtable discussion, hosted by Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, on ‘Is the Adjudication Process Unfair to Employers, Main Contractors or Subcontractors, or does it just feel that way?’. Abdul will be joined by: Shy Jackson (BCLP), Nigel Davies (Davies & Davies Associates), Jennifer Jones KC (Atkin Chambers) and Rashda Rana SC.
This debate aims to explore whether adjudication is unfair to Main Contractors or Employers and provide a balanced discussion on the topic. The event will feature a structured debate with a panel of industry professionals, each offering a unique perspective on the subject.
