Disputes in the aftermath of the Grenfell disaster will often involve 6 or more parties. With so many parties, mediation can be very unwieldy and does not easily fit into the traditional one-day format with a single mediator and a lengthy plenary session. Rosemary will talk about the challenges posed and the need to think differently in order to achieve resolution.
