What is the best way to resolve lower value commercial disputes? Taking the example of a straight forward £100,000 dispute arising in England, the panel will argue the merits of litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. A speaker from the panel will advocate for each jurisdiction and address the claims made for the others, with the audience voting to decide which is the best way to resolve lower value commercial disputes.
