Keating Chambers, in partnership with The Bar Council of England and Wales, will host an ADR-focused seminar on 21 January 2026, commencing at 5:30 pm.
The seminar, titled “Beyond Facilitation: When Is Evaluation Appropriate in Dispute Resolution?”, will open with a keynote address by Samuel Townend KC, followed by a panel discussion chaired by Spenser Hilliard and featuring Shobana Iyer, James Bridgeman SC and Andrew Parsons FCIArb.
The panel will explore the boundaries between facilitation and evaluation, the expectation of parties and how different approaches can support effective outcomes in civil, commercial and family disputes. There will then be an opportunity for audience questions, followed by networking and refreshments.
