Charles Banner QC is speaking at the Chancery Bar Association's in person conference taking place in Gibraltar. He will be discussing "Arbitrator bias after Halliburton", analysing the Supreme Court's recent judgment in Halliburton v. Chubb and exploring the practical implications arising out of the judgment as well as unresolved issues.
