James Frampton will be speaking on NEC contracts at the Chartered Institute of Building ‘Risks and Advantages: Contracts Comparisons’ seminar in Maidstone on 5 March 2019.
James will be joined by Stefan Berry of Quigg Golden, who will discuss JCT contracts. The speakers will present their considerations of the main risks and advantages of working with the forms.
