Renewable Energy Projects Under Pressure: Performance, Interfaces, and the Disputes That Follow will explore disputes arising from complex renewable energy projects, including the allocation of contractual risk, performance guarantees, the structure and valuation of claims, quantum and evidence, and the treatment of liquidated damages.
David Thomas KC will join Shamsa Al-Lamki of Petroleum Development Oman, Ahmed Sanad of Siemens Energy and Sean Cameron of Linklaters, with the discussion moderated by Nelida Abi Saab of Yendall Hunter. The panel will bring together perspectives from across the owner, contractor, counsel and expert sides of major projects.
