Richard Harding KC, Justin Mort KC and Abdul Jinadu will be speaking at various events during Dubai Arbitration Week 2025.
On Monday 10 November, Richard will be speaking on ‘Panel one: Managing guerilla tactics deployed in construction disputes’ at 9am, hosted by Clyde & Co and held at their offices.
On Wednesday 12 November at 4pm, Justin will be speaking on the topic ‘DAB: effective dispute resolution or a checkbox?’, hosted by MRP Advisory and held at their offices. Justin will also be speaking on ‘International Adjudication and Arbitration – Enforcing Dispute Board Decisions and Arbitral Awards’ on Thursday 13 November at 8:30am. This event will be held at the Capital Club, DIFC and organised by Gateley Middle East and Techno Engineering & Associates Group.
On Wednesday 12 November, Abdul will be joining a ‘fireside chat’ covering ‘Creating Future Leaders in Arbitration: Shaping Experts, Arbitrators, and Counsels for the Next Era.’, hosted by HKA at the Capital Club, DIFC. On Thursday 13 November, Abdul has also organised the 'Africa Day at DAW' event with Combar - The Commercial Bar Association Africa at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC from 10am-3pm. He will then be joining a 'Mock Dispute Adjudication Board Hearing' session at 4:45pm, hosted by Limeslade at Shangri-La, Dubai.
