Fionnuala McCredie KC will deliver the Society of Construction Law’s London lecture,‘How to Win at Mediation’, on Tuesday 20 October 2026 at the National Liberal Club, London.
Drawing on her experience as both mediator and counsel in complex construction, procurement and international disputes, Fionnuala will provide practical guidance on getting the best out of the mediation process and the mediator.
The lecture will consider how parties can maximise the effectiveness of mediation, avoid common pitfalls and improve the prospects of achieving successful outcomes.
The presentation will be followed by an interactive Q&A chaired by Michael Levenstein of Gatehouse Chambers.
