On Thursday 31 July Lucy Garrett KC will be speaking at the Masin GAR Masterclass on ‘Navigating arbitration in energy concession agreements: pitfalls, protections & precedents’. This session will explore how arbitration is strategically used to resolve such disputes, focusing on common pitfalls in drafting arbitration clauses, the role of protective contractual mechanisms, and insights from key international precedents.
Lucy will be joined on the panel by James Holden (White & Case), Jean-Marie van der Elst (Independent Expert) and the session will be moderated by Vivek Malviya (Masin).
