Rosemary Jackson KC will speak at the ICC UK Annual Arbitration & ADR Conference 2026, taking place in London on Wednesday 14 October 2026.
This year’s conference, ‘Dispute Resolution in a Geopolitical World’, will bring together practitioners, in-house counsel, arbitrators, mediators and policymakers to consider how geopolitical developments are reshaping international dispute resolution.
Rosemary will contribute to Session 2, ‘Mediation in a Geopolitical World: Navigating Complexity Through Collaborative Dispute Resolution’, taking place from 12.00pm to 1.00pm. The session will consider the growing role of mediation in cross-border disputes arising from sanctions, political instability, supply chain disruption and regulatory divergence.
