The CIArb Scottish Branch, Northern Chapter, will host an interactive workshop where Veronique Buehrlen KC and Paul Buckingham will present a case study involving a multi-modal renewable energy supplier. They will address issues in relation to minimum power output obligations, performance specifications and performance guarantees in the context of a hydro-plant and waste-to-energy plant, as well as construction issues arising in connection with an offshore wind farm development.
