Krista Lee KC will speak at Global Arbitration Review Live: Construction Disputes London 2026, taking place in London on Thursday 22 October 2026.
The inaugural conference will bring together counsel, arbitrators, experts and in-house practitioners to consider current issues and developments in construction disputes and international arbitration.
Krista will join the 10.15am panel discussion, ‘A World in Flux: Construction Disputes in an Unstable and Changing World’, examining how force majeure risk, geopolitical developments, supply chain pressures and market instability are reshaping construction disputes and arbitration.
The session will consider how parties are responding to evolving commercial and geopolitical risks, the impact of unforeseen events on major projects, and the lessons that can be drawn from recent global disruption.
