On 10th February Charles Banner QC is speaking on a multi-disciplinary expert panel discussion at the first of the ‘Landscape Matters Debates’, debating ideas for a future 4th edition of the Guidelines for Landscape and Visual Assessment, the universally-used code for the expert appraisal of the landscape, townscape and visual impacts of new development in the UK.
