Lucy Garrett KC will feature on two panels during London Arbitration Week 2025.
On Tuesday 2 December Lucy will be speaking on FTI's panel 'Building and Powering AI: Construction, Energy and Damages Issues in AI Data Centre Disputes' alongside James Holden (Eversheds), Sanjeev Bahl (FTI Consulting), Manoj Bahl (FTI Consulting), moderated by Henry Pannell (FTI Consulting).
This panel session will examine the disputes landscape arising from these capital-intensive infrastructure projects. Specific to data centres, the panel will discuss emerging construction and energy supply issues, supply-chain challenges, damages/valuation, contractual disagreements, and procedural aspects in international arbitration.
On Thursday 4 December Lucy will be speaking on Reed Smith's panel 'Future-Proofing Projects: Arbitration Strategies for Insurance Risks in Global Infrastructure'. She will join Sir Rupert Jackson (4 New Square Chambers), Frank Lattal (Lattal ADR), Liam Hart (Reed Smith) moderated by Mark Pring (Reed Smith).
This will be an engaging 90-minute session with panel discussions, mini-debates and Q&A, aimed at legal counsel, C-suite executives, and in-house legal decision-makers from large national and international construction and infrastructure companies, delivering high-level strategic insights alongside practical, actionable takeaways.
