Pinsent Masons and Keating Chambers are hosting the Construction Law in Africa Conference 2023 which is taking place in Johannesburg on 17 and 18 October 2023. The theme of the conference is the African energy transition and the role of construction law as an enabler for that transition. Participants will hear from prominent market speakers across a broad range of topics including the relevant legislative and regulatory challenges and opportunities for energy sector development, topical issues affecting projects in the sector and how to overcome them, as well as the future of dispute resolution. The conference is open to national and international delegates offering attendees a chance to network with experts and associates from across Africa and beyond.
