Rhodri Williams KC will speak at Capsticks’ webinar, ‘Public Procurement: In Conference with Counsel – Navigating the (Scoring) Matrix’, on Thursday 17 September 2026.
Joined by Mary Mundy and Mafalda Ribeiro, Rhodri will consider the evaluation and moderation of bids, with a particular focus on the creation and compliant application of scoring matrices.
The session will cover the creation and application of scoring matrices, evaluation and moderation, the provision of feedback to bidders and record keeping. It will consider these issues in the context of procurements under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Procurement Act 2023 and Provider Selection Regime.
Aimed at public sector procurement professionals, the webinar will provide practical guidance on navigating evaluation and moderation under the different procurement regimes.
