Ratan K. Singh, International Member of Keating Chambers, will speak at the 6th India ADR Week 2026 in New Delhi on Thursday 10 September 2026.
At 8.30am, Ratan will contribute to the opening session, ‘Construction Law: Peculiar Contracts, Peculiar Disputes’, hosted by the Society of Construction Law India in collaboration with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and Khaitan & Co.
He will be joined by Animesh Bordoloi of AIAC, Mehak Oberoi, Founder of ConstructHER Legal Network, and Robert Whitehead of Hamdan Al Shamsi Lawyers & Legal Consultants. The session will be moderated by Gaurav Juneja, Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Khaitan & Co.
