On Wednesday 17 January 2018 the Procurement Lawyers’ Association will be holding an event focusing on remedies for public procurement challenges. Given current issues relating to the effectiveness of remedies (including for example the lifting of the automatic suspension and questions regarding damages), the event will be an opportunity for all practitioners in this field to contribute their views.
