Rhodri Williams KC will speak at Clarke Willmott’s Housing Week 2026 on Tuesday 13 October 2026.
Housing Week is a three-day programme of webinars bringing together legal and sector specialists to share practical insights and updates for professionals working in and alongside the social housing sector.
Rhodri will join Tomos Jones for the 11.00am session, ‘Procurement Act 2023 – Early Lessons from the Courts and New Transparency Obligations’.
The session will consider key lessons emerging from the first court challenges under the Procurement Act 2023, including ParkingEye v Velindre NHS Trust, together with the new transparency requirements and evolving risks for contracting authorities.
The wider Housing Week programme will cover a range of legal, regulatory and operational issues affecting the social housing sector.
