James Frampton will speak at the Society of Construction Law Astra International Conference 2026, taking place in Belgrade, Serbia, on 1–2 October 2026.
The conference will bring together construction law practitioners, experts and industry professionals from across the world to consider current issues and developments in international construction disputes, claims and dispute resolution.
James will contribute to the Day 1 session, ‘Construction DABs in Practice: Advocacy, Expert Experience and Strategic Considerations’, alongside Michael Pogue of Secretariat, Lucy Pearson of King & Spalding and Milan Perić of Thomas-Koziarski Consulting. The panel will draw on the speakers’ experience across different jurisdictions and disciplines to consider the practical and strategic issues arising from dispute adjudication boards.
In addition to speaking at the conference, James is a member of the SCL Astra Committee and will introduce the keynote address by Mr Justice Constable, Judge in Charge of the Technology and Construction Court.
