Samuel Townend KC will speak at The Society of Construction Law Ireland Conference, ‘NEC from A to Z: Preparation, Delivery, Disputes’, taking place in Dublin on Thursday 26 November 2026.
The conference will examine NEC projects across their lifecycle, from preparation and project delivery through to the disputes that can arise when things go wrong.
Sam will join the panel discussion ‘NEC Disputes: Hard Lessons You Don’t Want to Learn Twice’, taking place from 4.15pm to 5.00pm. He will speak alongside John FFF O’Brien of John Farage O’Brien and Killian Dorney of Beale & Co.
