On Thursday 25 September Simon Hughes KC will be speaking at the Singapore Society of Construction Law's Annual Conference 2025.
Simon will be speaking on Session 3: Legal Risk Management from Cradle to Completion. The session will provide a comprehensive overview of legal risk management, covering the entire life cycle from initial identification of a project to its completion and operation. The panel will discuss recent trends and developments in legal risk management, whilst reflecting on practical strategies for successful legal risk management.
