Justin Mort KC and James Luxmoore will be in Qatar at an SCL (Gulf) event in Doha, from 19-21 February 2023. Justin will discuss on preparing and progressing delay claims on Gulf projects, both during development of the project and in arbitration. He will examine what contractors and employers could do to be prepared for dealing with delay disputes efficiently. Justin is a senior counsel with extensive expertise handling high-value delay claims originating from large projects in the United Kingdom and the Middle East.
