Sarah Hannaford KC and Rhodri Williams KC will be speaking at the White Paper Public Procurement Law Conference in London on Friday 22 November 2024.
The focus of this year’s conference will be ‘Shaping New Developments into Solution-Focused Answers for Your Clients’. Rhodri will address the questions ‘Where will you find the holes in "assessment summaries" under the Procurement Act, and how challengeable will they be when compared to award decision letters?’.
