Keating Chambers is delighted to welcome Allan Myers AC QC as an International Member of Keating based in Australia.
Allan specialises in commercial law, construction law, constitutional and administrative law, corporations law, equity and trusts, petroleum law, property law, taxation law and trade practices law. He has appeared as counsel in many large and complex matters in courts in Australia including as leading counsel for the State of Victoria in the Bushfires Royal Commission.
His international arbitration practice, both as counsel and arbitrator, includes disputes concerning the construction of pipelines, road and rail infrastructure, petroleum facilities, mines and associated facilities, including one concerning the respective entitlements to the Hides oil and gas field in Papua New Guinea and several other gas price arbitrations.
