We are pleased to announce that Ciaran Harper has accepted an offer of tenancy following the successful completion of his pupillage and will join Chambers as a tenant in September 2026.
Ciaran is developing a broad practice across Chambers' core specialisms. During pupillage, he gained experience of a wide range of domestic and international disputes and worked closely with Members across all levels of Chambers.
