Supreme Court - Triathlon Homes LLP v Stratford Village Development Partnership & Others

On 6 November 2025, the Supreme Court rejected SVDP’s application for permission to appeal on Ground 1 (the exercise of the ‘just and equitable’ discretion) but granted its application for permission in respect of Ground 2 (retrospectivity in respect of s.124 costs). The appeal will be heard by the same panel as will hear the appeal in Adriatic Land.
