Sam Townend KC, Vice Chair of the Bar, celebrates 150th anniversary of the TCC

Chambers is thrilled to highlight the significant milestone being commemorated this year: the 150th anniversary of the Technology and Construction Court (TCC).

Our legal system boasts numerous specialist courts, dedicated judges, and skilled practitioners that allow for the advancement of law that inspires jurisdictions worldwide. The TCC stands as one of these specialist courts, and its rich history is being celebrated throughout 2023 with a captivating exhibition and various events.

Recently, Keating’s Sam Townend KC, who is also the Vice Chair of the Bar, had the pleasure of attending the TCC 150 exhibition launch, alongside over 140 fellow practitioners. The exhibition offered a remarkable journey through the Court’s history and will remain open to the public until November 2023 during sitting hours.
