Doyles Guide to Leading Construction Barristers

We are delighted that Philip Boulding QC and Ian Pennicott SC have both been listed as “Leading Construction & Infrastructure Barristers” in the Hong Kong section of the 2017 Doyles Guide.

The Guide, which lists counsel in the legal market who have been identified by clients and peers for their expertise and abilities in construction and infrastructure, includes four leading senior counsel, three recommended senior counsel, one leading junior counsel and four recommended junior counsel.

Philip Boulding QC’s practice comprises primarily international arbitration work and his clients include local authorities, government departments, major national and international construction and engineering companies, energy and utility companies and developers.

Ian Pennicott is one of Keating Chambers’ Honourary Associates. His practice covers a broad spectrum of advisory and advocacy work related to construction, engineering, energy and technology disputes along with professional negligence claims involving architects, engineers and surveyors.
