Natas Group Ltd v Styles & Wood

Nature of case:
Jonathan Selby represented Styles & Wood in two procedural hearings arising from the main proceedings between the parties. The first of these concerned an application for security for costs, while the second arose from the Natas Group’s delay in following a PTR schedule provided by an earlier hearing. In the main action, the Claimant sought money due under the final accounts for asbestos removal work carried out as part of the refurbishment completed at the John Lewis Partnership’s flagship store on Oxford Street in London.
