Arbitrating Under NEC3 and FIDIC

Dr Robert Gaitskell QC, Abdul Jinadu, Johan Beyers and Dawid Welgemoed will be speaking at a joint seminar in Cape Town hosted by Keating Chambers, RICS, SCL Africa and SADC Lawyers Association. All four speakers are construction law specialists and will be offering their expertise in arbitrating under NEC3 and FIDIC from both counsel and arbitrator’s perspectives.

The talks will be followed by a mock arbitral procedure hearing (cross-examination included).
