The inaugural Africa Construction Law (ACL) Week “Demystifying Construction Law in Africa” is running virtually from 9-15 April 2021. Robert Gaitskell QC and Abdul Jinadu are pleased to be part of the Southern Africa sub-regional session, which is taking place on 14 April. – Trends and issues in the use of mediation and adjudication to resolve disputes. Regional overview and discussion.
– Practical focus: written and oral advocacy in construction arbitration – what happens on the ground? Regional overview and comparative analysis.
This free of charge event starts at 1pm (BST) / 2pm (CAT) and lasts for three hours. Further information on speakers, topics and how to register, can be found here: https://africaconstructionlaw.org/southern-africa-sub-regional-session/
