Podcast Mini-Series: Transforming Public Procurement – the Green Paper
Date: 2 March 2021
Keating Chambers have launched a mini-series discussing the government’s Green Paper proposals for reform of public procurement legislation to help listeners navigate the issues. They have been released in time for responses to the consultation on 10 March to encourage people to respond to the consultation and shape important legislation which will control how public procurement is done in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, for the foreseeable future. We have recorded three conversations, hosted by David Gollancz, with Sarah Hannaford QC, Fionnuala McCredie QC and Charles Banner QC. They have each taken a crucial chapter of the Green Paper and discuss it good points, bad points and possible queries.
