Jonathan Selby KC and Charles Thompson will speak at an SCL event on the recent decisions on fire safety. They will review cases such as Martlet v Mulalley and St James' Oncology v Lend Lease, and make predictions about how fire claims might develop in 2023, taking into account the Building Safety Act, PAS 9980, and the forecasted outcomes of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry's final report. There will be drinks and nibbles afterwards for those attending the live event. Car parking is also available.
