Simon Hughes QC and Krista Lee will be joining Trowers & Hamlins and Augusta in a panel discussion on "Disputes in the Energy Sector and How to Fund Them". The panel will explore how to identify, resolve and finance disputes arising during the engineering and construction of energy projects, and will cover renewables, oil and gas, energy from waste, and nuclear.
