The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers – Construction Dispute Resolution Committee (HKIE-CDRC) is holding a one-day International Conference of “Adopting Dispute Resolution Mechanism for Construction Industry in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area”. Dr Robert Gaitskell QC will lead the discussion topic 'Benefits of Engaging Engineers in Handling Construction Disputes'. The one-day International Conference will explore the practices, adoption and the latest trends of dispute resolution mechanism and construction arbitration from Hong Kong, China and overseas.
