Robert Evans is speaking at the NILS Annual International Arbitration Conference on Wednesday 14 February 2018.
Robert will provide an Introduction to Arbitration and other sessions include: Advocacy in International Arbitration; Constitution of the Tribunal; Drafting An Arbitration Clause.
The conference will take place at various venues between 14-17 February and will also cover topics including drafting enforceable awards, arbitral awards and costs allocation, selection of arbitrators, damages in awards, investment protection, jurisdiction and recent developments.
