Philip Boulding KC will chair a panel discussion at the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong One Day International Conference 2026, taking place in Hong Kong on Friday 6 November 2026. Keating Chambers is pleased to support the conference as a joint sponsor.
Philip will chair the afternoon session, ‘Managing Projects in Turbulent Times’, examining how the construction industry can continue to manage risk and ensure the safety of people and property in an increasingly challenging environment.
He will be joined by Andrew Rigney KC of Crown Office Chambers, Paula Boast MBE of Charles Russell Speechlys and Stephen Boddington of Marsh.
The conference will bring together construction law practitioners, industry professionals and dispute resolution specialists for a programme examining risk management, procurement and developments in construction law.
Will Shrubsall, Joint Director of Clerking, will also attend the conference as part of a wider visit to Hong Kong with Mark Barbour-Smith, Chief Executive Officer, from 2 to 6 November. During the visit, they will be meeting with clients and contacts across the region, and will attend the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong cocktail reception at the China Club on 4 November.
