Tom Owen will be speaking at the SCL Leeds seminar 'Introduction to Building Contracts - Understanding Key Clauses' on Thursday 6 September. Chaired by Jonathan Cope (MCMS), this talk will focus on understanding key clauses in building contracts and is targeted at industry professionals and lawyers of all levels. Topics will include: payment, extensions of time and liquidated damages, variations, design liability, termination, insolvency and dispute resolution.
