Keating Chambers is delighted to announce that Callum Monro Morrison and Harriet Di Francesco have accepted offers of tenancy, effective from 11 September, following the successful completion of their pupillages.
Callum is developing a broad practice encompassing construction and engineering, professional negligence, energy and natural resources, marine and offshore, utilities, procurement and insurance. He has advocacy experience in a number of Country Courts, including successfully obtaining a stay of proceedings under the Arbitration Act 1996. Harriet is developing a busy practice specialising in construction, engineering, procurement and international arbitration.
She has already appeared as an advocate in multiple County Court hearings both at an interlocutory stage and at trial, and she recently defended a major telecommunications provider in relation to a claim for engineer call out fees.
During pupillage, Callum and Harriet were part of the winning team at the 2019 Worshipful Company of Arbitrator's Arbitration Competition, where Harriet was also awarded Best Individual Advocate.
Marcus Taverner QC (Head of Chambers) said: “It is a pleasure to welcome Callum and Harriet as tenants. They were both high achievers during pupillage and are a fantastic addition to Keating.”
