On the fourth occasion that the court had to address matters of contention arising out of the steelwork subcontract entered into between Multiplex and Cleveland Bridge concerning the supply, fabrication and erection of structural steelwork for Wembley Stadium, the Appeal Court was required to determine a number of points on appeal arising from a judgment on quantum (Multiplex Construction (UK) Ltd v Cleveland Bridge UK Ltd (2008) EWHC 2220 (TCC).
