SCL India’s Roadshow on FIDIC Contracts & Construction Law

SCL India announces its Roadshow on FIDIC Contracts and Construction Law 2023, which will be a 6-part series.

We are pleased to announce that six of our barristers will together provide this in-depth course on FIDIC contracts relevant to legal and technical professionals.

The series will focus on any construction contract works at two levels: one, the express provisions of the written agreement, which are not necessarily the same as the form, and two, the law (statutory and judicial), which superimposes itself on the contractual provisions. With that premise, this Roadshow Event will feature the following aspects: (i) a contractual guide; (ii) an Indian perspective; and (iii) international perspectives/ foreign law.

The events will take place between the 24 February 2023 and the 28 July 2023. Each discussion is 2.5 hours long (6:30 to 9:00 pm IST), held on a Friday, and hosted on a virtual platform.
