Law and procedure: Topical issues for energy lawyers
Adam Constable QC, Tom Owen and Matthew Finn are speaking at a UKELG seminar in Chambers on 14 May 2018. They will discuss issues relating to contract law, including construction of contract and the developing role of legal presumptions, rights and options in relation to termination and adjudication and enforcement issues, all within the context of complicated energy projects.
