International Arbitration: Most In Demand Arbitrators in Asia-Pacific Region

This section features John Marrin QC and Robert Gaitskell QC. John is recommended as the first choice for arbitrations involving delay analysis and is noted for his experience of matters arising in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and the Philippines. This section features Philip Boulding QC, Simon Hughes QC and Adam Constable QC. Philip is based in Hong Kong but the Guide also notes his strong presence in Macau, Singapore, the Philippines, and his increasing reputation for construction arbitrations in Australia. Simon is recommended for his specific experience in arbitrations concerning energy projects in the Asia Pacific region.
